Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy interacting with and helping people from all over the world? Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a corporate transportation service in DFW and is seeking Part Time Airport Greeters - DFW & Dallas Love Field Airports.
  Pay: $16/hr.  Schedule: Sun. - Wed.; 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.; OR 2 p.m. - 12 midnight
Part-time hours (avg. 20 hrs./wk. up to 32-40 hours max.) Sundays are always mandatory, as the busiest travel day. 
*Need to be willing and available to work any period of days/hours during these time periods. 

Responsibilities: 
Greet corporate customers as they deplane and assist them in confirming their reservations using an iPad, then escorting them to the appropriate waiting area for their ride. The goal is to make their experience a positive one and engaging while they wait. 

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer focused, front facing, professional.
  • Organized, able to multi-task
  • Tech Savvy or able to use an iPad and enter data
  • Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and reliable with a good attendance record.
  • Need to be socially adept to know when and when not to make small talk and be supportive for any customer assistance to make the experience a pleasant and enjoyable experience. 
  • Must have your own reliable transportation for some locations. 
*Requires successful clearance of a drug screen and background check before hire. Must also have a valid Texas ID/DL.
