Job Description

Hire Up Staffing  is partnered with a prominent business transportation entity out of DFW Airport and is looking for Part-Time Airport Greeters. Are you a retiree, stay-at-home parent, college student, or just looking to stay involved a few days a week? This could be the perfect position for you! 

Pay: $16/HR
Schedule: Sun.-Fri.; Open to 8 hr. shifts (usually 3 days/week w/poss. more)
Shift: 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. or 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. 
(Sat. always off)
(We have high volume arrivals on Sundays so that will be a required day)

Responsibilities: 
  • Greet airport customer arrivals and assist them with their transportation reservation.
  • Accurately pull up their reservation and confirm in system using an iPad. 
  • Direct them to the proper pick-up spot to wait for their ride. 
  • Be customer facing and involved in small-talk as needed to make their wait time engaging. 
  • Be professional and personable at all times. 
  • Demonstrate superb customer service and ability to adapt to changes in a busy environment. 
  • Prioritize, maintain attention to detail, ability to be flexible and pivot as needed. 
  • Must be able to walk and stand on your feet for long periods of time.

Job Requirements

Personable, knows what small talk is and how to carry it out in a professional manner, be environmentally aware of your audience, use a iPad, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, maintain good attention to detail and calm under pressure.
