Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Katy, TX.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: PART TIME - Monday-Friday 11 PM - 5 AM
Steel-Toed Shoes Required
Responsibilities
- Load trucks with materials according to work orders and schedules
- Verify load accuracy, weight specifications, and product type before dispatch
- Operate loadout equipment such as conveyors, loaders, pumps, or automated systems
- Monitor loading processes to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues
- Inspect trucks and loading areas to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
- Complete required documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ability to lift 10-40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
- Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Strong attention to detail when verifying loads and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors
- Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to operate loadout equipment and follow proper operating procedures
