Parts Counter Specialist

Job Description
 Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour (Depending on Experience)Â
Responsibilities:
Sell parts for AG Equipment using the computer system
Receive inventory and put them away on the floor or in the warehouse
Check and update inventory
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal members by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other servicesÂ
Assist in parts delivery to customers as necessaryÂ
Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by managerÂ
Â
AG Parts Specialist Skills and Requirements:
2+ years of previous experience as a parts specialistÂ
Team player with a calm demeanor and customer service focusÂ
Great organizational and customer service skillsÂ
Able to balance priorities on large volume accounts in high pressure situationsÂ
Experience with computer systems related to sales and inventory
Strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
Able to occasionally sit and climb or balance and lift or move up to 50 lbsÂ
