Job Description
Hire Up Healthcare is seeking Patient Access Representatives in Tyler, TX. This is a great opportunity to work in a clinical setting at one of the largest healthcare providers in the State. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity as the client is looking for long-term employees. This opportunity is best for candidates looking to get their foot in the door of a reputable healthcare organization while looking to grow within the company. Starting pay rate is $12.50/hour. Must meet minimum requirements listed below in order to be considered!
Duties:
- Assisting patients when they arrive
- Taking patient information and insurance information
- Data entry
- Insurance verification/authorizations
- Customer Service
- Various clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year experience in Patient Access, hospital registration, medical office, billing/collection functions, or a comparable customer service/clerical related position preferred.
