Job Description
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for responding to telephone, e-mail, and HUB inquiries from callers regarding services provided by the organization. In addition, they are responsible for documenting all customer service interactions in the appropriate systems.
The PSRs are responsible for solving problems, educating callers about the product, answering questions, handling requests for product exchanges, and other patient-related services.
*** Healthcare and call center experience is strongly preferred!

Nicole has previously worked in various fields, from a Fish Grader and Forklift Operator at a Fish Cannery in Alaska to Medical Billing and Account Management for Anesthesiologists and Pain Management Clinics.
