Job Description


Job Title: Phlebotomist (Future Start – Bakersfield, CA)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay Rate: Starting at $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re currently recruiting for an upcoming Phlebotomist opening in the Bakersfield area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure a position in advance, with the role set to start approximately one month from now.

We’re taking the lead on this search and looking to identify top candidates who are available to begin within that timeline. If you're open to starting in a few weeks and want to lock something in now, this could be a perfect fit.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recent phlebotomy experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a clinical or lab setting

  • Ability to commit to a long-term schedule
