Job Description
Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care
Location: Frisco, TX
Pay: Negotiable (based on experience)
Start Date: October 9th or 10th preferred
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable mid-level provider (PA or NP) to join our growing practice in Frisco, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with a strong work ethic and passion for patient care to work in a supportive environment where science and evidence-based medicine guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage urgent care cases such as cough, cold, flu, and minor injuries

Perform insurance-required wellness exams
-
Conduct weight loss visits (templates provided)
-
Gradually take on more complex cases depending on experience and comfort level

Provide consistent, reliable patient care with minimal call-offs
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed PA or NP (mid-level experience preferred)

Strong sense of responsibility toward patients—commitment to showing up for every scheduled appointment unless truly unable

A provider who values science, evidence-based medicine, and professional integrity
-
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach

Availability to start by October 9th or 10th strongly preferred
