Full-Time Opportunity
$28 per hour
We are partnering with a well-established firm in Dallas to find a detail-oriented and client-focused Private Accountant to support high-net-worth individuals and families. This role blends accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, and relationship management—ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and trusted client interaction.
What You’ll Do

Manage and reconcile personal, trust, and investment accounts

Prepare net worth statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries
-
Track income from investments, real estate, and business interests
-
Coordinate tax planning and filings for individuals, trusts, and entities
-
Monitor capital gains, estimated taxes, and tax-efficient strategies
-
Support trust and estate accounting activities
-
Oversee cash management, bill pay, and budgeting needs
-
Act as a liaison between clients, CPAs, financial advisors, and attorneys
-
Maintain accurate records with strict confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
3+ years of accounting experience (private wealth, family office, trust, or public accounting preferred)
-
Strong understanding of individual and trust accounting principles
-
High attention to detail and discretion
-
Strong communication and client service skills
-
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
