Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Production Analyst for an exciting, full-time opportunity in Modesto, CA!
Schedule & Pay:
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Pay: $20–$30/hour, based on experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • OR 5+ years of relevant experience in production planning, inventory analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Production Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an onsite position in Modesto, working exclusively in an office/clerical setting. Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and scheduling production to meet company goals and deadlines.
  • Analyzing and overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing inventory trends to ensure raw materials and supplies are available.
  • Evaluating operational costs and staying within budget constraints.
  • Scheduling shifts and workers for proper coverage.
  • Preparing and presenting production reports to upper management.
  • Identifying and resolving production inefficiencies and disruptions.
  • Using market data and forecasts to recommend production adjustments.
  • Collaborating with various departments to improve productivity and reduce costs.
