Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Bandsaw Operator for one of our valued clients in Hayward, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential!
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Location: Hayward, CA
Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate bandsaw equipment
-
Accurately measure, mark, and cut materials using a measuring tape
-
Read and follow work orders or blueprints
-
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
-
Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues
-
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements:
-
Previous experience operating a bandsaw (preferred)
-
Must have strong measuring tape experience
-
Preferably experience with micrometers and calipers
-
Strong math skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to lift up to [insert lbs] and stand for long shifts
-
Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
