Production Manager
Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join a leading commercial laundry facility in Long Beach, MS. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ready to take ownership of operations and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise production staff in a one-shift operation

Plan and prioritize daily workflow based on business needs and production goals

Hire, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards

Manage labor costs, schedules, and productivity KPIs
-
Coordinate communication between production, dispatch, and transportation teams
-
Identify and address equipment issues, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime

Enforce all safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment

Maintain daily production and performance reports

Support and foster a positive, team-driven culture that values safety, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications: -
High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in production, hospitality, or laundry operations (required)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Bilingual skills a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer and math skills required

Flexible schedule may include weekends and holidays
