Production Supervisor
Job Description
Pay- $18+ DOE
Shift- Second shift - 330pm-12am and requires flexibility, including weekends
What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a production team to meet daily targets

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Oversee workflow, scheduling, and linen inventory

Monitor production quality and implement improvements

Support training, performance evaluations, and team development

Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in laundry, production, or hospitality required

Strong leadership and organizational skills
-
Ability to perform basic math and follow company procedures

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer literacy
-
Must be flexible with hours, including weekends
Physical Requirements:

Work in hot/cold industrial environments with noise
-
Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
