Job Title: 3rd Shift Supervisor - Injection Molding

Location: Round Rock, Austin

Company: Hire Up Staffing

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Salary: $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Round Rock, Austin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of injection molding experience in a supervisory role. This position offers a competitive starting pay rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the 3rd shift
  • Ensure that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and department managers to coordinate workflow and resolve any production-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production output, and employee attendance
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide updates on production status and address any concerns

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software programs
