Job Description
As the liaison responsible for coordinating various aspects of production for a project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects and client satisfaction.
Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities/Duties:

Quality Control: Ensure that project quality standards are met and that projects are completed on time.

Feasibility Assessment: Review prospective projects and estimates in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) to determine their feasibility.

Construction Meetings: Lead construction meetings to verify expectations and schedules with all relevant teams.
-
Work Orders: Review work orders to address questions regarding new build construction, lead times, materials, and other specifications.

Documentation: Ensure that all relevant files are attached to projects and have been approved for production.

Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with account teams from the beginning to the end of each project.

Manifest and Packing: Ensure that manifest and packing lists are completed accurately.

Project Implementation: Arrange meetings intended for the implementation of upcoming projects, ensuring all teams are on the same page.

Inbound Work Orders: Manage inbound property to ensure that inbound work order instructions are completed as per the project requirements.

Graphics Support: Provide the graphics department with correct field measurements to ensure accurate graphics production.

Elevation Drawings: Review elevation drawings and make necessary corrections before sending them out to the client.
Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of standard display building materials and techniques is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software to handle documentation and communication.

Be able to work flexible hours, especially under extreme pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate information exchange among various departments.

Strong time management skills are necessary to ensure project schedules are met.

Be organized and detail-oriented to keep track of multiple projects and ensure they progress smoothly.

Be willing and able to travel based on project schedules, as some projects may require on-site coordination.

Experience in exhibits, events, or environments is a plus, as it can provide valuable insights and expertise.

Have the ability to assume responsibility for the completion of projects in the absence of direct supervision.
