Job Description


Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a global oil & gas leader and is looking for industry experienced Project Managers to join the team in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.

Summary: 

Responsible for ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery while meeting specified requirements. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and oversees commercial and scheduling aspects.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between Company and Clients.
  • Coordinate internally across various departments.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and staffing.
  • Monitor project progress and handle document submissions and variations.
  • Conduct client meetings to review project status and priorities.
  • Supervise project personnel and maintain schedules and progress reports.


Other Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing activities.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 7 years practical experience. 
  • Substantial experience in project management, preferably in an OEM environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and office software.
