Property Maintenance Technician

Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Technician – 2 Openings (Woodville & Dinuba Area)
Pay: $23.54/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Person II candidates to support housing operations across the Woodville and Dinuba areas. Candidates must be willing to work at either location based on business needs.
Position Overview:
Under general direction, this role performs semi-skilled maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a hands-on position requiring strong maintenance experience and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance of rental units, including cleaning and painting
• Complete minor repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• Operate and maintain power tools, machinery, and equipment
• Maintain grounds (mowing, spraying, fertilizing, weed control)
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in good condition
• Assist with additional maintenance-related duties as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, repair, or groundskeeping experience
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work safely and on time
• Comfortable working across multiple sites (Woodville & Dinuba)
Skills & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures, tools, and materials
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform repairs
• Strong attention to safety and detail
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
• Frequent bending, climbing, stooping, and ladder/roof work
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment
Additional Requirements:
• Maintenance Exam is required and must be submitted with your resume
• Must be able to pass a background check, clean DMV and drug screening
