Salary: $28.00-$33.00
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
Overview:
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a property with income-restricted units for persons with disabilities. The Property Manager will ensure compliance with all regulations, manage staff, coordinate tenant relations and activities, and maintain property standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property operations according to policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators and Providers to implement Blended Management systems.
- Supervise site staff (maintenance, janitors, etc.) and coordinate tenant meetings and community activities.
- Draft and manage annual budgets and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Monitor tenant receivables, conduct lease compliance reviews, and ensure files are up to date.
- Prepare for inspections, coordinate move-out preparations, and oversee maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
- Administer delinquency notices and manage eviction processes as necessary.
- Report property or liability incidents and file workers' compensation claims as needed.
Qualifications:
- Accredited Resident Manager or Housing Manager designation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with 1-4 years’ experience in property management.
- Certifications in Tax Credits, Certified Occupancy Specialist, or Blended Occupancy Specialist preferred.
- Proficient in property management systems, spreadsheets, and basic financial calculations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close, distance, and color vision.
