Job Description
Hire Up Austin is currently hiring for Proposal Developer for a manufacturing company in Cedar Park, Texas!
Full-Time
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: TBD
 The job entails,Â
Â
- Proposal development in a construction related industry
- Assemble moderate to highly complex technical proposals and compliance matrices in a Microsoft Word environment, demonstrating a high level of consistency, accuracy, logical flow, and visual appeal
- Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)
- Truth in Negations Act (TINA) Audit Guidelines
- CRM systems (Infor CRM currently utilized)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five (5) or more years of direct experience creating technical proposals
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
