Receptionist/Admin - Part Time

Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Admin for a non-profit organization in Visalia! This can be a temp-to-hire for the right person and will be up to 24 hours a week. The pay range is $18hr. to start and likely to increase within the first 3-6 months.
Great flexible/part-time schedule M-F 9am to 2pm
Duties Include:
- Heavy scheduling for events.
- Data Entry and daily use of spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events and sponsors.
- Process a high volume of inbound calls
- Manage inventory.
- Sell and input new memberships into database.
- STRONG Data entry skills. (Requires data entry test)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and empathy.
- Able to pass background check.
- Schedules may vary depending on needs.
- Work in a primarily indoor office environment with occasional outdoor activities.
- Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating equipment.
