Job Description


Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Admin for a non-profit organization in Visalia! This can be a temp-to-hire for the right person and will be up to 24 hours a week. The pay range is $18hr. to start and likely to increase within the first 3-6 months.

Great flexible/part-time schedule M-F 9am to 2pm 


Duties Include:
  • Heavy scheduling for events.
  • Data Entry and daily use of spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support for fundraising events and sponsors.
  • Process a high volume of inbound calls
  • Manage inventory.
  • Sell and input new memberships into database. 
Requirements:
  • STRONG Data entry skills. (Requires data entry test)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and empathy.
  • Able to pass background check. 
Additional Information:
  • Schedules may vary depending on needs.
  • Work in a primarily indoor office environment with occasional outdoor activities.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating equipment.
