RECEPTIONIST / DISPATCHER
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our client’s team in Ceres, CA.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but our client is willing to train the right candidate.
Position Details
Location: Ceres, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Bilingual: Spanish/English is a plus

Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule customer appointments
- Dispatch and coordinate service calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Maintain filing systems and general office organization
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Assist with additional office duties to support daily operations
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and office skills
- Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained on dispatch procedures
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
