We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our growing recruiting team at the Fresno Branch of Hire Up Staffing Services!
Work Environment:
Enjoy a hybrid schedule after the new hire trial period—3 days in the office (off Herndon & Fresno Street) and 2 days remote.

We are Looking For:
- Energetic, passionate, and customer-focused individuals
- Strong recruiting, ideally 3rd party staffing, and inside/outside sales experience
- Speed is crucial! Talk fast, type fast, think fast—be the quickest and the best
- Prior staffing service experience is a must
- Familiarity with the Fresno market in a staffing capacity is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of staffing or recruitment experience working with multiple customers
- High typing speed
- Comfortable working at a desk for 75% of the workweek
- Team player with a professional appearance and dress attire
- Minimum 2 years of longevity at each work site
- Professional personal brand online and through all social media outlets
- Computer and internet savvy, leaving a lasting impression with everyone you meet
