Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a well renowned propane company and is looking for a Regional Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of sales growth in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love closing deals, and have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Location: Oklahoma City and surrounding areas
Compensation:$60k-$70k Base + Uncapped Commission 
Travel: Up to 75%  
Vehicle: Company-provided
  What You'll Do:
  • Build & Manage a book of business for new and existing customers in   your assigned region (OKC and surrounding areas).
  • Use your hunter mentality to prospect, nurture, and close new          business opportunities
  • Manage the full customer experience from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Conduct site surveys, sales presentations, and customer educational sessions
  • Drive new sales volume and meet/exceed annual goals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, pipeline health, and customer database
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute customer events and follow up on leads
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with past-due payments
Who You Are:
  • Associates Degree in Business or related field, and/or 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales with a strong hunter sales mindset
  • Expert in CRM software and pipeline management
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and find solutions
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is a plus, but not required
