Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a well renowned propane company and is looking for a Regional Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of sales growth in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Location: Oklahoma City and surrounding areas
Compensation:$60k-$70k Base + Uncapped Commission
Travel: Up to 75%
Vehicle: Company-provided
What You'll Do:
- Build & Manage a book of business for new and existing customers in your assigned region (OKC and surrounding areas).
- Use your hunter mentality to prospect, nurture, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the full customer experience from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Conduct site surveys, sales presentations, and customer educational sessions
- Drive new sales volume and meet/exceed annual goals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, pipeline health, and customer database
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute customer events and follow up on leads
- Assist Accounts Receivable with past-due payments
- Associates Degree in Business or related field, and/or 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales with a strong hunter sales mindset
- Expert in CRM software and pipeline management
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and find solutions
