Bilingual Sales Coordinator – Goshen Area (REMOTE)
Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator for a client in the Goshen area. This is a great opportunity for local candidates, especially those in Tulare/Visalia looking for a fully remote position after 4-6 weeks of on-site training. Starting pay ranges from $19-$22/hr.
Summary:
The REMOTE Bilingual Sales Coordinator will manage a variety of customer service responsibilities and provide inside sales support. Experience in food manufacturing customer service or sales support within a manufacturing company, particularly at a wholesaler, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders daily via phone, fax, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain order management systems, including processing missing orders and load requests.
- Coordinate order cutoff times with business units.
- Redirect customer calls to appropriate departments for issue resolution.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company’s products and programs.
- Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promoting special items.
- Use de-escalation techniques to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales within a manufacturing or wholesaler environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
