Sales Executive - Business Development
Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is excited to partner with a leading trade show and commercial signage company in Houston to bring on a creative, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join their growing signage division immediately!
If you thrive on building connections, closing deals, and bringing eye-catching visual concepts to life—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, inside/outside sales, and strategic networking.

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision and delivering custom signage solutions.

Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client needs and budgets.

Partner closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through installation.

Support marketing and sales initiatives that expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred).

A proven track record in business development, cold calling, and consultative selling.

Experience with multifamily or corporate signage packages is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to read architectural blueprints and familiarity with fabrication materials.
