Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist for one of our respected clients located in Fresno, CA. This position plays a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Acts as the primary point of contact for customers regarding label order and contract administration.

Processes customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely communication throughout the process.

Coordinates label design needs between customers and graphic artists.
-
Supports the Sales Team by handling follow-ups, fielding customer inquiries, and helping drive KPIs.
-
Collaborates across departments (Production, Finance, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Manages customer complaints, warranty claims, and credit notes as needed.
-
Enters and maintains contract-related data for accurate order and contract setup.
-
May participate in occasional travel for training or development purposes.

Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in customer service or sales support roles, 1-3 years experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for tasks.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Moderate noise level; exposure to mechanical parts is typical in the environment.
