Job Description

We're currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor with extensive experience in handling structural steel and managing teams. Join us and become an integral part of our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Identify materials accurately and conduct thorough stock checks
- Load trailers with structural steel for safe delivery
- Organize materials from the Paint Department efficiently
- Ensure all shipping deadlines are met promptly
- Operate heavy-duty forklifts with precision and safety in mind
- Lead and delegate responsibilities effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty forklift operation and structural steel handling
- 5 years of management experience
- Dependable and able to effectively communicate with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various production areas
Salary: $30 - $32 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 2:45 pm (Summer Schedule); Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:45 pm
