Job Posting: Marketing Manager (social media emphasis)
Salary: Up to $70,000 per year
Location: Fresno, CA (must be able to travel daily to the South Valley areas)
Hire Up Staffing Services is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Social Media Manager. This position is perfect for a creative, strategic, and driven individual passionate about building brands and engaging audiences.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Role requires daily in-office work in Fresno and travel to Fowler, Selma, Kingsburg areas.
- Portfolio of active social media work showcasing successful campaigns or projects.
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands. You’ll create and manage engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to maintain brand consistency.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for the parent company and key brands.
- Manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Engage with audiences, manage brand reputation, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Attend events to capture live content.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand values.
- Oversee paid and organic campaigns, and manage relationships with external social media vendors.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Experience in content creation (photography and video production is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and advertising platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset and flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
