Join Hire Up Staffing Services in Fresno as a Branch Manager for the entire Central Valley, to lead our best staffing Sales / Recruitment team! Territory will be from Bakersfield to Stockton, so there's a wide range of over 500 companies that Hire Up Staffing works with already in these areas.

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a robust background in staffing management or recruiting firm experience, specifically in the staffing industry. Your responsibilities will revolve around staffing services, including cultivating current staffing accounts, establishing new staffing client relationships in the Central Valley (Fresno) area leveraging existing sales networks, overseeing staffing recruitment efforts, and managing office operations such as time-card collection, billing calls, and HR compliance. There's a team of 10 employees in this region as direct reports.
We value team players who are proactive and ready to engage daily in the staffing industry. Our role involves significant administrative tasks, necessitating both meticulous data processing and consistent communication via phone. In the staffing industry, continuous interaction is vital, whether it's with job seekers or client companies seeking staffing solutions.
While prior staffing experience is a must, as we prioritize candidates with strong management and sales acumen on top of their staffing industry experience, particularly those familiar with our market and poised for career advancement in the staffing sector.
Compensation, including salary, commission, and bonuses, is competitive and tailored to the candidate's qualifications. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
