Stop Loss Coordinator
Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $24/hour
We are seeking a Stop Loss Coordinator to join our operations team in Fresno. This position is responsible for managing reinsurance filings, interpreting stop loss contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of reinsurance filing, including 25% and 50% reports, and follow-up submissions

Interpret stop loss contracts and ensure accurate, timely filing

Maintain correspondence and detailed tracking logs

Appeal denied claims and ensure appropriate reimbursements are collected and distributed

Collaborate with internal departments and perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Familiar with database systems and medical terminology, including CPT codes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to analyze data, compile reports, and work across departments
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods

Requires use of standard office equipment including keyboard, phone, and calculator
