What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in preparing payroll taxes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review federal, state, and local payroll tax filings for completeness
  • Help gather and organize information for tax audits and inquiries
  • Verify and analyze tax information, escalating issues when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and compliance changes
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in payroll tax or a related field (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of payroll tax codes and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
