Pest Control Tech
Job Description
Position Responsibilities
-
Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned pest control route
-
Follow a daily schedule and ensure timely arrival at each customer’s home
-
Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners
-
Diagnose pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments and additional services when needed
-
Treat yards when required, including dragging up to 300 feet of hose
-
Maintain communication with management throughout the workday
-
Submit legible and accurate service tickets to office staff
-
Maintain pest control license and attend required training/seminars
-
Keep company vehicle, equipment, and uniform clean and professional
Qualifications & Requirements

Active Pest Control License (for licensed pay rate)
-
Clean driving record
-
No criminal background
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
-
Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Sales experience is a plus
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
-
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
