Job Description
Hourly Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule/Hours:
- Second shift 3pm-11:30pm
- OT possible
Job Summary:
- Monitor and trace the progress of shipments, proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain consistent and accurate communication with customers, cartage agents, and various company personnel.
- Coordinate recovery and delivery schedules with different cartage agents and promptly relay information to all concerned parties.
- Update customer spreadsheets on a daily basis.
- Provide support for email and phone communication
Essential Qualifications:
- Punctuality is essential.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to take and switch directions as necessary based on daily work demands.
- Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to ask questions, collaborate within a team, and work independently when required.
- Understanding of a professional work setting and the ability to focus on task completion.
