Job Description
Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a reputable law firm in Dallas, TX, and is seeking a Transactional Attorney with experience working within the commercial construction or real estate industry.
Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Pay: $85k - $125k (commensurate with experience)
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- Up to 3 years of experience in transactional law if previously practicing, but will also consider a new grad with practical experience.
- Familiarity with construction law or corporate law preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in litigation to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Meticulous with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to provide examples of background through education, work experience, or work product.
- Collaborative colleague with an initiative-taker mentality.
- Quickly absorb information in learning environments and apply new knowledge.
- Action-oriented with strong research and writing skills.
- Strategic and effective problem-solver
As a Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients in various industries. Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advising clients on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and providing analysis on complex legal issues.
- Assisting with litigation matters as needed, including preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
