Job Description
Position: Warehouse and Inventory Manager
Salary: TBD (Dependent Upon Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, you will be at the forefront of our international shipping operations, ensuring seamless product deliveries to customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of export documentation, including BOL's, commercial invoices, SED's & EEI's, with expertise in schedule B and HS codes.
- Compliance with IATA rules for shipment of restricted items (such as lithium ion batteries) via air transport globally, including preparation of MSDS documentation.
- Collaboration with the customer service team to ensure timely shipments and build strong relationships with 3PL's.
- Management of shipping documentation for both foreign and domestic shipments.
- Utilization of logistical and supply chain experience to streamline product shipment deadlines and target dates.

- Order Pick, Pack & Ship (Order fulfillment)
- Four-five years' proven international shipping experience, including freight forwarding, taxes, duties, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Intercoms, tariffs, and HS Codes.
- Extensive experience with external freight forwarders and preparation of SLI's.
- Familiarity with governmental customs departments and customs clearance processes.
- Inventory control expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Syspro, SAP.
- Bilingual in Korean & English is a Plus!
