**Position: Warehouse Agent**
**Shift/Hours: Sun - Thurs 800pm - 430am
**Pay Rate: $20.50
**Job Overview:**
Be a vital part of our warehouse team as a Warehouse Agent! You'll play a key role in loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring accuracy in receiving loads against manifests.
**Essential Functions:**
- Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
- Handle material tasks, including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and other duties as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of packaging, systems work, and adherence to instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Read and follow detailed instructions, maintaining a safe and secure work environment per TSA and OSHA guidelines.
**Skills/Competencies:**
- Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink wrap material.
- Experience with RF scan guns is required.
- Previous forklift certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekends.
- Team player with basic MS Office and data entry skills.
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. unassisted.
**Experience:**
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Verifiable 1+ years of experience operating reach trucks and sit-down counterbalance fork trucks.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Steel-Toed Boots/Safety shoes are required.
- Extended periods of standing and walking.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, using hands, reaching, bending, and lifting objects.
- Regular lifting/moving up to 50 pounds using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Regular use of a phone and PC, reading, and writing various shipping documents.
