Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Onboarding Schedule: First shift may begin at 8:00 AM and run until 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Fill customer orders, including wire cutting and pipe order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Operate a hydraulic wire-cutting machine.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight and delivery trucks.
- Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse operating systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
- Ability to use handheld RF scanners and computer operating systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Forklift experience preferred, including Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, or Stand-Up Forklift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and pull items weighing 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Must maintain punctual, regular, and reliable on-site attendance.
- Schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
