Job Description


Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a well-established client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable company.
 

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
On-Call: Must be available for occasional call-ins based on business needs.

 
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, possess basic computer skills, and be committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

 
Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials.
  • Move products and materials manually as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse computer systems.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Experience operating multiple types of forklifts is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Must have a stable work history, with one year or more at previous employers preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment interview.
  Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
