Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Custodian/Porter to join a growing warehouse team.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Steel-Toed Shoes Required

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Collect trash throughout the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and building perimeter
- Safely transport and empty trash hoppers
- Remove loose pallets, shrink wrap, cardboard, and debris from floors and work areas
- Operate the floor scrubber daily to maintain clean and safe warehouse aisles
- Empty restroom trash cans and replace liners
- Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Report spills, hazards, or maintenance issues
- Assist with general facility and warehouse upkeep
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Steel-toed shoes or boots are required
- Warehouse or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Ability to operate or learn to operate floor scrubbers, trash hoppers, and other cleaning equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
