Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team! This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, inspecting, and processing incoming and returned goods while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $17/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Interview: Required
- Shorts or pants must have belt loops
- T-shirt or polo shirt
- Steel-toe shoes required
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and returned goods.
- Inspect incoming products for accuracy and condition.
- Process returned goods according to company procedures.
- Verify materials and products against purchase orders and related documentation.
- Stage and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks safely to move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory accuracy.
- Assist with making products available for timely processing and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support overall warehouse operations and customer service goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous stand-up forklift experience is required.
- Previous reach truck experience is required.
- Previous receiving, returns, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to inspect and process incoming/returned goods.
