Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team. This position will support daily outbound operations, including picking, staging, consolidating, loading, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Interview: Required
Dress Code & PPE
- Pants or shorts must have belt loops
- Steel-toe shoes required
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to orders and warehouse procedures.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas.
- Consolidate products and orders for outbound shipment.
- Load materials and products safely for shipment.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy before loading.
- Assist with outbound warehouse operations and ensure orders are prepared on schedule.
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the picking and loading process.
- Keep work areas, aisles, and staging areas clean and organized.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily outbound goals.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous picking, staging, loading, or outbound experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Must have reliable attendance and be dependable.
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently.
- Ability to accurately pick, stage, consolidate, and load orders.
- Must be safety-conscious and follow warehouse procedures.
