Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is currently hiring Order Pullers for a growing warehouse in Midland, TX. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company.
Pay: $17.00 + DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pull customer orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or order pulling experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to transition to a 2nd Shift schedule after being hired full-time.
- Steel-toe shoes or boots are required.
