Summer Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Non-Summer Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Certification: Not Required
Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a Welder for one of our valued clients in Fresno, CA. This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for individuals with welding experience who are looking to work in a production or industrial environment. Certification is not required, but prior welding experience is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/TIG and/or stick welding on a variety of metal components.

Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders to complete welding tasks accurately.

Operate tools and machinery safely, including grinders, cutters, and welding equipment.

Inspect completed welds for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Assist with other general labor or fabrication tasks as needed.

Prior welding experience required; certification not necessary.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
