Medical Assisting / X-Ray Tech Instructors Wanted!
Join Our Fort Worth Team!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. OR 6 p.m. - 11 p.m.  
Salary: $72,000 - $80,000/year

Hire Up Staffing & Healthcare is seeking a motivated Medical Assisting / X-ray Tech Instructor to join our academic partner at their Fort Worth campus. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare by teaching and supporting students as they build their skills and grow into successful professionals. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lesson plans using innovative teaching methods, including multimedia and adult learning principles.
  • Instruct, mentor, and evaluate students, fostering their development and tracking their progress in attendance, performance, and grades.
  • Participate in faculty and staff meetings, in-service training, and other administrative activities.
  • Celebrate student success by participating in graduation ceremonies.
  • Stay up-to-date in your field through continuing education and professional development.
  • Take on special projects or additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Science, Medical Assisting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of practical, hands-on experience in a radiography setting.
  • Must be certified as an MRT and credentialed with ARRT, or certified as an LMRT with the appropriate certification categories, or licensed as a practitioner (e.g., chiropractor) in good standing with regulatory agencies.
