Job Description


Hire Up Healthcare is currently seeking an X-Ray Technologist to join a large medical practice in the Bellaire area. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate patients on imaging procedures, ensuring a calm and professional approach.
  • Prepare equipment and examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.
  • Position and monitor patients during imaging exams, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  • Administer targeted doses of radiation as required, adhering to safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment as needed, ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Certifications:
  • MRT license and ARRT Certification (required).
  • Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
  • Associate/technical degree from an accredited college (required);
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
