&#9;<li>Advises and greets pharmaceutical reps as to provider schedules and availability to meet with them.
&#9;<li>Responsible for, or assists in distributing faxes as appropriate.
&#9;<li>Consistently follows established safety policies and procedures.
&#9;<li>Adheres to policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
&#9;<li>Other duties as assigned by the Department Lead and/or Administration.

<strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong>

&#9;<li>2-3 Years of experience. 
&#9;<li>Must have knowledge of Epic (must have worked with it in the last 15 months)
&#9;<li>Knowledge of NexGen.
&#9;<li>Bilingual Preferred but not required.
&#9;<li>Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
&#9;<li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

This role will <strong>start as a groundskeeper</strong> focused on property clean-up and transition into <strong>full maintenance responsibilities</strong> as the current technician goes on medical leave in April.<br>

<br><strong>What Youâll Be Doing:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Begin with groundskeeping: maintaining cleanliness of property, common areas, and outdoor spaces
&#9;<li>Transition into maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs
&#9;<li>Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely manner
&#9;<li>Assist with unit turns (painting, cleaning, minor repairs)
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate records of work orders and materials used
&#9;<li>Support landscaping and general property upkeep
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and property guidelines
&#9;<li>Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
</ul>

<br><strong>What Weâre Looking For:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Minimum 2+ years of maintenance or related experience (property management preferred)
&#9;<li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
&#9;<li>Ability to safely use hand and power tools

&#9;<li>Physically able to lift, move, and work in outdoor conditions
